Hilda Krueger

Hilda Krueger, age 89 of Taylor, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, TX. She was born October 10, 1921 in Beyersville, TX in the family home to William and Annie (Buenger) Seggern.

Her husband of 53 years, August Krueger, preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers Herbert Seggern and Arthur Seggern; two sisters Alma Rowald and Myrtle Meier; and one son Douglas Krueger.

Hilda is survived by three sons Kenneth Krueger and wife Ruth of San Angelo, TX; Col. Gary Krueger (Ret.) and wife Cindy of Wetumpka, AL; Mark Krueger and wife Rebecca of Taylor, TX; one daughter Marsha Mucha and husband Jimmy of Johnson City, TN; and daughter-in-law Lenora Krueger of Van Vleck, TX. Seven granddaughters; three grandsons; and ten great-grandchildren also survive her.

Hilda enjoyed the outdoors, travel and playing dominos. She enjoyed reminiscing with family and friends and we will miss her.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Providence Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Providence Funeral Home.
